Ive been waiting for Child support for a year now and my ex still has not been served. I have no help with my two children. Everytime I call they tell me he is served then I go in the office because I haven't heard anything back and find out he wasn't served. They are a joke. The people on the Customer Service line have no clue what they are talking about everytime I call they tell me something diff everytime and I will go in the office because they make no sense and come to find out they lied to me. I had to be DNA swabbed twice because they said after 6 months the DNA expires. That's not my problem there is no excuse my daughter needs to be swabbed twice. DNA never expires especially after 6months. Unacceptable!! Maybe if they did their job and served the man my child would have the help she needs instead of a monthly swabbing
